Tracking:

• You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Check your Junk/Spam folder if you don't see it. If still not received, contact us at info@gsaintsapparel.com.

Pre-Orders:

• Pre-order items can be canceled until processed. Contact us at info@gsaintsapparel.com to cancel. Orders with pre-order items will be held and shipped together. Place a separate order for immediate items.

7-Day Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment.

14-Day Exchanges & Store Credit
Need a different size or color? Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

7-Day Returns

Eligible items may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment. A return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date shown by the shipping carrier.

Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back to GSaints within 5 business days of receiving return authorization.

Items do not need to arrive back at GSaints within the initial 7-day return window; however, the return request must be submitted within that 7-day period.

All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains, makeup, deodorant, fragrance, or other signs of wear, and returned with all original tags attached.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
