Do you make special orders?
- We do not customize swimwear colors or sizes.
What does preorder mean?
- A pre-order item is an order you can place for an item that is yet to be in stock or available for delivery. Dispatch dates vary and are usually listed in the product description.
What is a dispatch date?
- The dispatch date is the day your pre-ordered item would be shipped out.
I ordered a pre-order item along with other items, why hasn’t my order shipped?
- Your order cannot be shipped until the dispatch date of your pre-ordered item. However, an additional shipping rate may be paid in order to ship out items not listed as pre-order.
How do I return/exchange?
- Fill out the return/exchange slip sent with your package and include it in the package you will be returning.
- Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery confirmation. Packages that exceed the number of days for return will be mailed back to the sender.

How do I cancel an order?
- In the case that your order hasn’t been shipped, we will issue a full refund to you on non-preordered items.
- However, if your item has been shipped, we solely refund after your order has been returned to us and meets all the criteria.
- Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
