Returns/Exchanges:
NO REFUNDS.
Items bought will gladly be accepted your exchange if requested within 7 days of the shipment delivery date.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. all clothing must be in its original condition, which means they must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, free of stains, pet hairs, and odors, and must have their original tags attached.
Non-returnable items: All Clearance items in the Sale Section, Black Friday Deals, Accessories, Swimwear and are considered non returnable. These items cannot be returned. Additionally, items labeled as final sale are not eligible for return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged or simply don't fit properly. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@gsaintsapparel.com
Gifts/ Gift cards:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange. Once the returned item is received, a credit will be emailed to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
