U.S Orders - UPS Standard (3-5 business days) - $10

 

U.S Orders - UPS Express  (1-2 business days) - $30

 

International orders - UPS  Express (5-10 business days) - $35-$40

 

Ordering: After you place your order via our website, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address once it has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team.

 

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email including a tracking number. If you have not received this email please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there, if not please contact our customer service team.

All US orders will be shipped with UPS. You will receive a tracking number within one business day of your order being dispatched.

All International orders will be shipped with UPS. Once we hand over your order to UPS Express and provide you with the tracking number, your items are now in the hands of the shipping carriers.

 

Pre-Orders: Pre-order item is one that you order before we have it in our inventory. You may cancel until the time your order has been processed. To cancel, please contact our customer service team.

All orders with pre-order items will be held and all items will be sent together. Please place an additional order if you need in stock items immediately.
