If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that. Please note that we do not issue refunds, however you may send your item in for an exchange.
Simply return the item to us in its original unused condition including tags within 5 days of receipt.
Please ensure that all exchanges are marked as "returns" on the return labels.
Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in any enclosed documentation e.g. invoice or return/exchange slip. You may also include any notes to enable us better assist you.

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item with a higher value, the extra cost of the exchanged item will be required.
Goods will only be accepted for exchange if they are returned within 5 days of delivery unless we have notified you otherwise. Returns coming internationally will be accepted within 15 days, unless we have notified you otherwise
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
We do not offer return shipping labels at this time. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
